Boat Mounted Crane
We are now delighted to able to deliver Boat Mounted Crane Training in addition to our existing Vehicle Mounted Hydraulic lorry Loader and Slinger Signaller courses. This new course is fully accredited by RTITB and will include a certificate and electronic photo smart card, for all successful candidates. The Boat Mounted Crane Courses have been developed following requests from our customers in the Highlands and Islands to provide such a service.
The Certificate will cover all types of Boat Mounted Crane, including hydraulic, electric and self-contained diesel powered cranes, for operators of ship, vessel, deck, barge or pedestal mounted boat cranes. The courses are compiled to suit a maximum of 3 novice operators, experienced users or candidates requiring refresher training. Our boat mounted crane training courses are also conducted in accordance with LOLER (Lifting Equipment and Lifting Equipment Regulations) 1998, PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations) as well as the relevant BS7121: Code of Practice for Safe Use of Cranes.
